Can I use a Community Slip?

Yes, they are available on a first come first serve basis.  You can't rope one off once you leave it. If one is not available when you return you will need to put your boat back on the trailer.

 Do you have internet access?

No, you will need to supply your own dial up account to access the internet provided the home has a land line.

 Can I make long distance phone calls?

You will need to supply your own long distance calling card.

 Do cell phones work in Oak Shores Community?

Cell phones do work intermittently in Oak Shores, on some streets and usually at both launch ramp areas.

What items will I need to bring?

You will be emailed a welcome packet upon a successful reservation, within in your welcome packet will be an information sheet on the home you have rented.  Some of the items you will need to bring are sheets, pillows, towels, dish soap, bathroom toiletries, etc...  You can as well go to our What to bring page and view the welcome packet pages, they are downloadable in Microsoft Word format.
